The Winter Alliance is a series of monthly matches between 8 golf clubs in Fife.
With the most overall Stableford points in this year’s Winter Alliance, the winners were Elaine Brunton and her partner Sharon Boakes. Elaine is pictured here receiving the trophy from Captain, Heather Fleming (right)
The Captain V Vice Captain match was held on 19 March in glorious sunshine with 36 players taking part. It ended in a draw, 4 matches for the Captain, Heather Fleming, 4 matches for the Vice Captain, Lorna Palmer and one draw.
A wonderful tea was provided after the match with great thanks to the Catering team and all who contributed either by baking or washing/clearing up at the end. It was a lovely day enjoyed by all who participated.
Lynda received her MBE for the design and development of mental health training delivered to DWP staff to support them and help them support their clients
Her MBE was presented by Princess Anne on 9 February at Windsor Castle. Lynda had an amazing day and a good chat with Princess Anne
