The winning team Ann Templeman, Heather Fleming (Captain) and Susan Muir
Lundin Ladies held their Annual Breast Cancer Charity Day 16 July. The weather was perfect for the 30 players who took part. The format was a 9 hole Tri-am with a putting competition over 10 holes. The players were asked to wear pink! Thanks to Carol Horsburgh and her Handicap team.
There was a fantastic spread of cakes and biscuits provided by the club members. Special thanks to Susan Clark, Angela Robertson and Carol Horsburgh who provided most of the goodies.
Both the 9 hole competiton and the putting competition were won by the same team comprising Ann Templeman, Heather Fleming, Captain and Susan Muir (pictured). Everyone enjoyed the day and we are delighted to announce that the Club raised over £500. Many thanks to all who contributed

AMY BOAL TROPHY
On Sunday 15th May , Lundin Ladies played Anstruther Ladies in a friendly match for the Amy Boal Trophy at Anstruther Golf Club. Everyone had a lovely day. The weather was sunny but a bit windy later in the day.
There were two wins on each side so the result was a draw. The course was in good condition and the meal after the match was very good.
Attached is a photo of both team Captains and the Captain for Anstruther with the trophy. On the left Jutta Skarke, Ladies Captain in the middle is Isobel Ember (Anstruther Vice Captain) and Carol Horsburgh (Lundin Ladies).
FIFE GOLF INVITATIONAL 26 MAY AT THE DUKES, ST ANDREWS
The four teams were from L-R Nanette Mutrie, Ann Brown, Janet Arnott, Caroline Trotter, Elaine Brunton, Linda Henriksen, Sophia Honeyman and Carol Horsburgh
It was a lovely day but a bit windy and the course was challenging with a lot of walking between holes but everyone had a great time.
We started the day with a bacon roll and finished with a two course meal which everyone enjoyed.
We were the only 2 Ladies Teams, most were mixed or all men and we did well as we finished about the middle of the field.
Two of our team won raffle prizes which was an added bonus for the day.
OUR JUNIOR, MAISIE BAND
We are very proud of Maisie who is second from the right in the picture above
I would like to say a huge thank you to all the Ladies, Gents and local businesses who donated prizes and helped make our Annual Coffee morning a roaring success.
Special thanks to the Ladies who helped run the raffle (which raised a fantastic amount), the bakers, servers and all the Ladies who ran the stalls. There are too many to mention in person but it was definitely a team effort.
The total sum to date raised on Saturday was £2407.00 which was amazing and will boost club funds with some local charities also benefiting from our successful day.
Lastly to the Ladies who came on Saturday to support the club along with their families, children and Grandchildren. We couldn’t have done it without you all.
THANK YOU, Heather Fleming, Captain
